Welcome to the Cindy Waggoner State Farm Agent in Park City, Kansas! I have been with State Farm for over two decades, working as an agent’s team member before opening my own office in 2009. Ever since, I’ve absolutely loved serving my community and having the honor of helping families across Sedgwick County protect the people, places, and things they love most. We proudly serve all of Kansas with a focus on Park City and our Good Neighbors in and around Valley Center, Kechi, Benton, and the Wichita metro area. We’re also licensed to assist State Farm customers across state lines in Oklahoma and Missouri!

I was born and raised in Hutchinson, KS, and I’ve moved and spent time living in Arizona and Florida before moving back home to Kansas. I’m proud to call this beautiful state home and contribute to making it a fantastic place to live, work, and play. In addition to helping people with their insurance needs, I take pride in giving back to our community through my involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Red Cross.

My husband and I live in Benton, KS, where we raised three children and adopted our fourth child. Our kids have blessed us with six beautiful grandchildren who are my greatest joys! We also have three beloved fur babies that keep us company at home! Family is at the heart of everything I do, and being able to help other families protect the people they love most is one of the main reasons I became an insurance agent. Cassie, who was working for us remotely, is now back in the office on M-W-F. She is here to help grow our customer base and help take care of current customers. With over 10 years of State Farm Insurance, she is ready to help secure your needs for today, tomorrow and your future!

We have a behind the scenes superstar that our customers may hear from via text, email or phone calls, but they don't see her beautiful face in the office! Shayna is our remote team member and does a fantastic job with making sure all our customers are getting all their discounts, a gentle reminder when they have forgotten a payment and helping get all customer documentation needed. We are very lucky to have a wonderful support team in Shayna.
